Breakfast with The National Commander

On Wednesday, April 22 2026, Post 112 of Elk River Minnesota welcomed The National American Legion Commander to our establishment for breakfast.

Dan K. Wiley, along with The Department Commander and Department Staff joined us for an inspiring morning. Dan spoke about his project for the year and about the BeTheOne initiative and the importance of regular buddy checks.

The experience was a wonderful reminder of our mission here at Post 112, and the mission of The American Legion at large. Thank you to all who attended and volunteered their time to make it happen.
